With this advice in mind, Flowers picked up his ADHD and moved from Maryland to Los Angeles 16 years ago to pursue his craft, all the while collecting diverse life experiences that have given him rich stories, compelling characters, and great artistic depth.

Besides his extensive work in the entertainment industry, Flowers has been a teacher, motivational speaker, licensed massage therapist, loan officer, photographer, certified personal trainer and barber. He has spent time in places throughout the U.S. and beyond, inhabiting various social circles and cultures and further honing his sense of perspective and constantly adding to his cache of stories. Who said having ADHD is all-bad???

The assorted chapters of Flowers’ life seep into his artistic endeavors.

Flowers is the executive producer of a LIVE TV show that will air on FOX called, “HEAVEN SENT.”  He recently also executive produced two JBL commercials with NBA’S 2 time MVP Stephen Curry. One of which was a JBL campaign called, “Black & White” starring Stephen Curry and NBA Allstar, Damian Lillard and another with Germany’s Soccer superstar, Jerome Boateng. He was also one of the writers/producers on Gatorade’s new online dance show, “Leave It On The Floor”, hosted by Fonzworth Bentley and Lauren Gottlieb, directed by Bille Woodruff. Special Guests included Lil’ Wayne, WILL.I.AM, Nuttin’ by Stringz, The Jabbawockeez, Chuck Brown, Stomp, Alvin Ailey Dancers, Juilliard, etc.

Flowers produced various pilots. One of which is a pilot with Jimmy Smith & Jesse Dylan, which was called, “Aww Funk Me!” “Aww Funk Me” stars, Legendary Musician, Bootsy Collins, ?uestlove of The Roots and The Choreographer of The 2007 Academy Awards, Fatima Robinson, and is currently being pitched to various networks.

He’s also known for playing the electrifying role of Detective Coles, (a corrupt DEA agent) in “Choices 2: The Set Up,” with Academy Award Winners, Three 6 Mafia, has also co-starred in Jesse Dylan’s “Instant Def” (with Musical Legend Bootsy Collins, The Black Eyed Peas, White Chicks’ Terry Crews and Head of State’s Tamala Jones), The Bold & The Beautiful, The Steve Harvey Show and Sister Sister to name a few.

 

 

 

 

He is currently in development with several screenplays: “Soular System” (Directed by Jesse Dylan, Produced by Jimmy Smith, Co-Produced by RZA), “Marry Me,” “Angelique,” and lastly “Savant.”  Also in development are a host of online shows, Reality Shows and a Children’s Book, entitled “The Adventures Of Recess Shon.”

Flowers is fervent about his work.

He received his B.A. in English from Claflin University in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
